Elisabeth Weilenmann
Biography
Elisabeth Weilenmann (1982, St. Pölten) is an author, director and journalist who writes under various pseudonyms, one of which is "Elodie Pascal". While studying communication sciences in Vienna, Elisabeth Weilenmann began writing and directing radio plays and radio features. She has been working for various German-language broadcasters and has won numerous awards, including the Radio Play of the Month several times (including for "La vie en vogue"), the Radio Play Critics' Prize and the Silver Radio Award for the radio game BLOWBACK (Deutschlandradio Kultur 2015). Most recently, the radio play "Höllenkinder" by Gabriele Kögl, which she directed, was awarded the Prix Europa 2019 (ORF 2018).
