Evi Leuchtgelb
Biography
Evi Leuchtgelb (1980, St. Pölten) is a freelance visual artist and cultural outreach worker. Her artistic works range between photography, collage, blending and (interactive) installation. After graduating from the College of Sculpture in Hallein and studying Fine Arts/Sculpture-Transmedia Space at the University of Art and Design Linz, the Dunkelsteinerwald (Mostviertel) became the center of her life and work. There she develops interdisciplinary and interactive art projects and shows them in international exhibition venues and galleries. Together with and for children and young people, she has been developing artistic workshops and exhibition formats for more than 20 years, especially for rural areas.
