Jessica Lind
Biography
Jessica Lind (1988, St. Pölten) is an Austrian writer, screenwriter and dramaturgical consultant. She has a master's degree in screenwriting and dramaturgy at the Vienna Film Academy. She was awarded the Hans Weigel Literature Scholarship for her literary work in 2009/2010 and the "Youngster of Arts" award from the City of St. Pölten in 2010, as well as the BMUKK Start Scholarship for Literature in 2012. Lind worked alongside director Jessica Hausner as a dramaturge and researcher on the film "Little Joe", which premiered in Cannes in 2019. She is the author of the science fiction film "Rubikon" (together with director Magdalena Lauritsch). Her debut novel "Mama" was published by Kremayr & Scheriau in August 2021.
