Schober Susanne

Susanne Schober studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna. The roots of the artist's artistic work lie in the new social movements of the 1980s and 1990s as well as the ecology movement and the new women's movement of the time.  All of her works focus on processes such as fragmenting, superimposing, obscuring, bending, limiting, distorting and manipulating and the critical examination of social structures and power relations as well as processes of perception.
The artist is showing her work at the Stadt-Galerie as part of the St. Pölten women's project Hippolyt & Töchter.
